Sapa sih yang ga bisa bikin semur? Kayaknya semua orang bisa ya? Tapi ga papa dech dimuat juga, mungkin ada ibu-ibu muda atau pengantin baru yang buta sama sekali dengan dapur seperti aku dulu, sampe bikin semur juga harus pake resep he he he... So...ini dia mudah2an membantu.
Bahan:
300 gr daging potong tipis
2 bh kentang potong 4
1/4 bawang merah rajang halus
1 sdt bawang putih halus
1 ruas jahe dikeprak
1 bh tomat potong kasar
3 sdm kecap manis
Gula, garam an merica secukupnya
Caranya:

- Tumis bawang merah dan putih dan jahe sampai harum.
- Masukkan sedikit air kemudian masukkan daging.
- Tambahkan kecap, gula garam dan merica dan tomat potong.
- Masak sampai daging agak empuk.
- Ketika daging hampir empuk masukkan kentang.
- Masak lagi, sampai kentang empuk.

Vi, aku waktu 17 Agustusan dulu kala di Wisma Indonesia sini pas makan semur ayam, kuahnya kental kali. Jadi kutanya ama ibu2 disitu kok semurnya laen dari yang laen, eh aku dikasih resepnya. Rupanya pake tomat kalengan yang diblender.
